    Hi,

I know this question has been already post, but i didnt find a correct answer.

    We currently use :

    - WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-S7965
    - CentOS 3.8 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0
    - ConfigServer MailScanner FE

    In WHM :

    - Always set the "Sender:" header = uncheck
    - Verify the existence of email senders. = check
    - Use callouts to verify the existence of email senders. = check

    Problem :

We have more then one server with these specification. When we are seding email to one of our client on one of our server, for exemple when he order a service from our modernbill we got a Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender :

    user@domain.com
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
    host domain.com [207.123.123.123]: 550 Administrative prohibition

If im look at the exim_mainlog of the sender server :

    2007-03-20 10:05:37 1HTexj-0001AV-8M => user@domain.com R=lookuphost T=remote_smtp H=domain.com [207.123.123.123] X=TLSv1:AES256-SHA:256
    2007-03-20 10:05:37 1HTexj-0001AV-8M Completed

    2007-03-20 10:08:10 1HTf0R-0001Cf-9L ** user@domain.com R=lookuphost T=remote_smtp: SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data: host domain.com [207.123.123.123]:
    550 Administrative prohibition

It look like some mail doesnt reach the user@domain.com and some yes.

For example i know when invoices are generated with modernbill, we got a lot of Mail Delivery Fail with the 550 Administrative prohibition

Im getting lost with these option :

    - Verify the existence of email senders. = check
    - Use callouts to verify the existence of email senders. = check

Should have to uncheck them or check them on al of our servers , to resolve this problem ?

    Regards,

    Daynb

    Go on, have a guess
You need to look in the exim log on the other server to find out the reason for the failure.
