    Hello

I need help! The Disk Space is FUll on my account. Its due to the default account catching all of the bad emails. But at this point I can not get into the email because the disk space is full. So I cant delete anything that way. Is there another way to delete the emails in the default account without deleting the other emails in the other accounts?

Your Hosting Provider will need to assist you with this if you cannot even get into the account.

If you have access to either FTP or File Manager on your account, you can remove emails in mail/cur and mail/new locations on your account. Simply log into FTP or cPanel > File Manager, navigate to your mail folder, then to the cur or new folder. Go ahead and delete the emails there. Those will be the emails for the default cPanel username account.

There might be a delay after you delete those emails before your disk space shows free again. If you have any issues with either deleting the emails or the disk space updating, you would want to contact your hosting provider.

I would also suggest going forward to change the cPanel > Default Address area to set your domain to have "Discard with error to sender (at SMTP time)" for the behavior for the default address so that you do not build up emails in your default cemail account. This is provided you did have the default address going to your cPanel username email account.

Again, I think your Host would be the best place for assistance with this. As a user you are limited to what you can do here I believe.

Short of that, does cPanel Disk Space Usage page open for you? You might be able to clean up from there, or via your FTP client if you have one. Being careful of course to surgically remove the contents and not the directory itself. You should if Disk Space Usage page opens, look near bottom of page for a tree that you can expand to find the large email directory. When you click the name, File Manager should open to show you the contents of the directory you clicked on.

I am able to delete the contents in CUR under the email that is full. It is now showing a decrease in usage, but still showing

    Internal Server Error

    500

You said there will be a delay correct?

Yep, I said above that there could be a delay:
