I don't know about WHM AutoPilot, but I know in WHM that if you want a reseller to create resellers, you have to basically give that reseller root...

Is WHM/Cpanel equipped with any kind of bandwidth throttle that limits the data transfer in kb/sec for accounts?
If not, is there a script or...
Your host should be able to reformat your server for you...
That's always an issue with backups. Cpanel really doesn't warn you that there isn't enough space in transfers.
I'm actually in the exact same position you are. I am at managed.com and have a quota issue. I sent a reformat request, so maybe that will help...
