I am setting up a openVZ centos 6.5 machine and plan on hosting Cpanel VPS on them, is the EXT4 file system an issue still?

I hate when thread tell you what to do and there is never any follow up.
All SSL died included cpanel and WHM (which I run on ssl)
I tried to update a cert and it stalled, now I can get back to WHM or cpanel or any...
They have a filter set to reject these possibly?
My problem was the server I had used to be a 7.3 OS, I had an entilement under that old OS that was expired so RedHat was denying updates to that...
I jumped the gun on this.

Ok, got this to work, but I had to keep killing the up2dat process.
However I wrote Red Hat and they claim the RHN is not down.
