"Weekday" = 0
But what do I put in "Day"? None of the choices there correspond to what I want. If at the top in "Common Settings" I select "Once Per Week", it enters "Every Day"...

I was trying to debug some cron script for some users but when I tried to look in /var/log/cron, I didn't find any entries for any users. I can see all the entries for the root user, but not for anybody else:

The cron was restored with once a week frequency with manual packages update setting. The emails regarding the Cron stopped sending. Now the WHM/cPanel server load is around 0.3 and everything looks normal and is fast.
I think this problem started just after I upgraded from EA3 to EA4, but can't be sure.
My error_log shows this error:

Hello, I am having trouble getting a cron job to work. It is the only one I am using and it is the one to run the automated settings in WHMCS (process invoices, etc).
I am getting this message emailed to me every time the cron tries to run.
/usr/local/cpanel/bin/jailshell: 5: command not found...
I know the cronjobs are running since the scripts themselves generate various logs and alter certain things, all of this is easily verified.
I looked around a bit and the cron log is supposed to be at /var/log/cron
Sure enough, there is a file there and it has entries, but only for root user...
Hi, i get this error on some accounts when i try to create a cron job.
You ("name of the account") are not allowed to access to (crontab) because of pam configuration.
Can i solve it via whm?
