iptables

Whm/cpanel is flushing my iptables and loading its own version... Why would it do this and how can I make it stop?

Since the Cpanel updates of today i am receiving the following message from the Cron Daemon every 45 min. Anyone else had this problem... iptables: Chain already exists

I installed KISS My Firewall and am now receiving the above emails. Anyway to stop this. These messages are/were sent in the past week or so when I was experimenting with other firewalls as well. TIA
