    Hello,

I've searched and not come up with an entirely full answer to my issue.

Basically - come midnight everynight one site on the server basically "goes down" for all intent purposes for well over an hour. The load on the server is basically 0.00 across the board .. but this one site appears to be unobtainable. If I restart the MySQL server its fine - but this is no way to go forward.

I can't find anything untoward - i.e. rougue processes, hacked, etc. and all other site work fine ..

.. can anyone point me in the direction of what may be causing this issue?

    Thanks for any reply.

The first thing you need to do is to check the log files for any errors that might help in solving this issue. If there are no errors in the log file, check your DNS zones, MySQL, or httpd processes. It is hard to say without looking into the server.

check your cronjobs and see what ones start running at midnight

for a site to go down at the same time each night has got to be some scheduled process
