    Hi there,

    I am using WHM 11.15.0 cPanel 11.18.3-R21703 on CENTOS Enterprise 5 i686 on vmware - WHM X v3.1.0.

Night before last, my cPanel virtual machine became non-responsive. A check of the vmware performance monitor showed the viritual machine running at 100% cpu. I was not able ping, ssh, or establish contact with the server in any way in order to troubleshoot the issue. I was able to reset the virtual machine and the cPanel server came back up and seems to be working fine.

Do you have any suggestions about where I might look in order to figure out what went south? I have checked httpd, mysqld, exim, and system logs. I have not found anything revealing there.

    TIA for your help.
