It used to be that I could go into a users cPanel account, click Bandwidth and see a breakdown on how much bandwidth was used for POP3, HTML, SMTP etc and then even see over a number of days as to what days were high.

This was useful in tracking down POP3 programs out of control and downloading gigs of data (like it's stuck in a loop downloading mail).

As of 11.28.28, these graphs are now gone. Were they moved somewhere? Is there a way to access it directly through a URL?

I have a POP3 issue I was working with a customer where their bandwidth went from 200MB for the entire month to just over 6GB. Over 5GB of that was all through the POP3 protocol. I wanted to check to see if this issue was now resolved but instead I get no graphs.

Why where they removed and can they be put back in?

    Hi Vanessa,

Was your reply intended for this thread? Doesn't seem to match up, unless I'm missing something.

It would be best to open a ticket so this can be investigated.

    Thanks

Looks like the graphs are now back correctly in the 11.28.33 release.

It was the past months stat information (november, october, september etc) that was the concern. We could see instantly when there was an issue.

The mail issue (pop3 high bandwidth) was also resolved. it was an issue in the users POP3 mail program which wasn't downloading the mail 100% and then restarting over and over. Being able to view the logs in 11.28.33 showed that POP3 usage returned to normal again.

    Thread can be closed.
