11.28 breaks MySQL if moved in different directory/hdd

Hello,

We have MySQL moved in a different drive (/data/mysql/) on an old server. It was running smooth since 2 year with stable upgrades. Yesterday I moved to RELEASE 11.28.45 and it broke the MySQL.

The sites with databases are working fine, but the cPanel does not show any database. And, this is for all cPanels. When I reverted to STABLE, the databases were shown again as before.

On other servers with default mysql directory, the version is working without any issues. Is this a bug?
