11.36.0.11 upgrade cannot fetch title and description using add url to google plus or pintrest

Hello there

i am really having hard time updating my social media post.
After getting latest updated applied to my VPS my social media sites cannot write/fetch post adding via link.

Its not fetching the Title and description.
I n pintrest it gives me error- cannot create a pin : 403 Response code when i tried to add pin via link

This happens with most of the social media sites.
