After upgrading to 11.36 I'm prompted by WHM to decide about two new features:

    • Query Apache for ‘nobody’ senders
    • Trust X-PHP-Script for ‘nobody’ senders

I'm using SuPHP so I believe there is no benefit to enabling either of these. Is that correctly undestood?

Thats Correct. If you have a shared ssl host that is running as nobody you might want to turn in on.

I cannot find where to disable this once it's enabled. Anyone?

    Thanks

Both of those options are controlled in Home » Service Configuration » Exim Configuration Manager. This is documented here:

    Mail
    The Exim Basic Editor
