I bought RV Skin through my VPS provider. It didnt come free and was an option that I paid for. Now, I'm moving to a dedicated server from another provider. My question is- who owns that installation of RVSkin on my server? Can I take it with me to my new server ir is that $30 lost?

First, VPS license cannot transfer to a dedicated server license. The license is owned by your provider. However it is depend on whether your provider allow it to transfer to other provider. Please consult with them.

Abbas, with a VPS licence is not the $30 paid to your provider just a setup fee only? If so you may not be given a refund for that. It is worth a try at any rate. Good luck.
