1H Software problem

We have 1H Software installed on our dedicated server with as main goal to prevent unexplainable extreme processor loads. Our host recommended this but until now it seems to only cause more problems and it isn't preventing the high server loads.

Installed:
1H Hive
1H Guardian
1H Hawk

We believe that 1H Software, especially Hive is causing more problems than it will solve - when enabled, several sites have functionalities that stop working etc. so we had to disable Hive for those sites.
Then as Mac user the UI of Hive reports isn't showing at all or just partly on iPad. VERY frustrating as well.

Do you have the same problems and is there a better, serious, alternative to 1H Software?
Your recomendations are more than welcome.
