2 Copies of Upgrade/Downgrade/New Account Email

    I am getting 2 copies of email, one in HTML and another in Plain Text when a new account is created/upgraded/suspended.

    Anyway to select only send one type of email ?

    Do you see two separate entries in /var/log/exim_mainlog when this email is generated?

    Yes, exim log have entry for two emails for same action

    In WHM Server Configuration » Basic cPanel & WHM Setup, by any chance is your email listed twice under:

    Code:
    * Enter one or more email addresses to contact in case a problem arises with this server.
    
    Examples: john@doe.com, john.q.public@anonymous.com, user@host.com

    Thanks LostNerd, i checked WHM settings. Found the problem, it was because some one added email address in

    Code:
    Enter one or more cellular phone or pager email addresses to message via email in case a problem arises with this server.
    
    text box too. Removing it now, hope that fix should fix it.
