Hi was wondering if anyone could give me some advice please.

I have 2 domains one is the main one and another an add-on domain i have an ssl installed but its only secure on the main one and not the add-0n.

But when i look at manage ssl hosts in WHM it as them both listed so i thought they should both be secure but there not.

What i want to know is how i can make the add-on domain that redirects to my main one secure also.

    Hi,

I don't think you can install One SSL Certificate for two domains. This is not possible

    Hello,

It's not possible to install SSL certificate on main domain and addon domain. You need to create new cpanel account for your addon domain assign new dedicated IP then you can install SSL certificate on it.

For main domain and sub-domain you can use wild card ssl as common ssl certificate for all:)

    Hello :)

Actually, installing a separate SSL certificate for an Addon domain is fully supported if your server uses CentOS/RHEL/CloudLinux version 6 (SNI functionality). However, you must install a separate certificate for the addon domain name.

    Thank you.

Could you elaborate on what you mean by this? For instance, do you want the addon domain name to redirect to a different domain name?

    Thank you.
