We have a user that created a subdomain with:

sub.hisdomain.com (instead of using just sub)

Now when the user deletes them cpanel states that it has been deleted but it isnt, how can we remove these?

And a user created a email address with a @ in it we can't remove these either, any idea's?

This sounds like a pattern matching bug. I would submit a bug request.

Remove the entry from the DNS Zone file (be sure to update the serial number) and restart ndc.

Then remove the entry from the httpd.conf file

Then remove the entry from:

/var/cpanel/users/$username
