    hi,
    seems you first need to find out the root cause whats causing your apache to have this timed restart.
    Have you setup any cron to do this ?

    Root account will have crash alerts until specifically changed from system mail preference.

    1. I changed my email address in the basic whm settings but it keeps on emailing me whenever httpd/cpsrvd goes down.
    2. Apche routinely crashes every 8 minutes. The only thing I can find in the logs goes something like this:
    Signal recieved from SIGUSER1, restarting gracefully
    Any ideas?
