i'm new to cpanel and i have some question,
we are making a new web hosting company, and i need to know if cpanel will be ok for us.
If i need to split services on multiple server, like mysql and email on one server and apache to another, is it possible with this panel?
If i have multiple server dedicated to hosting and i have to move web hosting account to one server to another, i can do it with cpanel or i have to do it manually?

    Thank you,

Just a note that our forums are not an official means of support. For future reference, your inquiry would have been addressed far earlier if you emailed it to

cPanel/WHM is designed to by default have all services residing on the same server. At this time, you can only cluster MySQL and DNS services. We hope to expand clustering capabilities in future versions of our software.

With cPanel/WHM servers, if you wish to move an account among servers, you would simply create a full account backup on the server where the account resides presently then copy that archive to the new server and restore that backup. This backup includes everything relating to that account (mail, databases, cPanel settings etc.).
