    I want to make an account on my server available by domain name, and 3 other IP's

    for example, i want people to be able to access it via

    www.site.com
    192.168.1.2
    192.168.1.3

    Answer on question 1:

    You can split the file in 500MB chunks on the source server - and put it back together on the target server:

    For example

    Code:
    Source server:

    dd if=inputfile.tar.gz of=chunk1 bs=1MB count=500;
    dd if=inputfile.tar.gz of=chunk2 bs=1MB count=500 skip=500;
    dd if=inputfile.tar.gz of=chunk3 bs=1MB count=500 skip=1000;
    dd if=inputfile.tar.gz of=chunk4 bs=1MB count=500 skip=1500;
    dd if=inputfile.tar.gz of=chunk5 bs=1MB count=500 skip=2000;
    dd if=inputfile.tar.gz of=chunk6 bs=1MB count=500 skip=2500;
    dd if=inputfile.tar.gz of=chunk7 bs=1MB count=500 skip=3000
    ...

    Code:
    Target server:

    wget http:/*/chunk1;
    wget http:/*/chunk2;
    wget http:/*/chunk3;
    wget http:/*/chunk4;
    wget http:/*/chunk5;
    wget http:/*/chunk6;
    wget http:/*/chunk7;
    ...

    cat chunk1 chunk2 chunk3 chunk4 chunk5 chunk6 chunk7 ... > inputfile.tar.gz

    If possible, have plenty of free space under quota on the account you are moving FROM.

    If you only have a little bit of space then a transfer borks because there's no room for it to make the compressed file of the site before copying it.
