I've changed DarkORB Package Updates: and Security Package Updates: to Manual but "Cpanel updates are coming from layer2.cpanel.net" still runs:

This scripts updates the mysql.user, mysql.db, mysql.host and the
mysql.func tables to MySQL 3.22.14 and above.

How can I stop this? Why does cpanel continue to run this update when it already ran?

It breaks an clients Invision Board.

For the changes to take effect you may need to restart CPanel: /etc/rc.d/init.d/cpanel3 restart

    Thans rhood.

I tried that but it keeps running the script. Isn't there a way to stop this script from running?
