3 new servers - proftpd failed

I have 2 new fresh cpanel installs and both servers are having a problem with proftpd. Here's the error.

Also, when trying to create an account it said

PROFTPD; - No such group

Any ideas? This is 2 different installs for redhat 8.0

What's the best way to uninstall it?

rpm -e proftpd-standalone
rpm -e proftpd
/scripts/sysup proftpd
