300G incremental backup takes 12 days?

Hello,

We have a server that's taking 10 days to perform an incremental backup:

[cpbackup] Started at Sat Mar 30 01:00:02 2013
[cpbackup] Completed at Thu Apr 11 01:25:30 2013

We think this is way to long to complete an incremental backup, even for 300G of data.

What can be the problem?
