I found it.
If your looking to move, copy, create files and directories just use a ftp client like CuteFTP or FileZilla. This is only if you don't want to use the File manager in Cpanel. To access your file with a 3rd party manager listed above you must create a user account in the ftp manager or use the one that you log into cpanel with, there is one caveat:
for example, if your username is admin, you must type in
[email protected] for the username or you can't login. The ftp server name is FTP.yourdomainname.com
