I'm getting this error for all mails coming from one specific sender.
I cant find them in my logs, and all I've received is from customer side error he get.

I dont have greylisting enabled, and I've also whitelisted their IP in spamassasin configs, but no luck.

Any advise??

Hello,

Is there any output in the exim logs for this? This really isn't enough information to provide you with assistance. You can find the exim logs at /var/log/exim_mainlog and the following thread may be helpful at guiding you toward what sort of information is most useful In Progress - Guide To Opening An Effective Forums Thread

Unfortunately, there is no hit on /var/log/exim_mainlog for the sender IP or domain he's sending from.
If its rejected with delay, shouldnt there any log exist from it in cpanel exim log?

If there's no data in the exim logs for the transaction then it's never reaching your server. Either the mail is going to the wrong destination or there is an external appliance (like a hardware firewall) blocking him.

See if you can get the full error from the end customer, sometimes it contains the IP of the server sending the error. I have seen this as some larger corporate networks where they use gateways to filter outbound email. If you get the full message, you may be able to determine that it is not your server sending this reply.
