Is it some kind of hobby to copy the coolbreeze code and create "commercial" themes out of it?

I know that coolbreeze sucks :p

    But look at this:
    http://www.depot-network.com/xzone/xzone.htm

go down the page and you will see
    ">Raw Access Log

which is coolbreeze code if you don't know how to setup correctly. It would be interesting to have a live demo and further examine the code. Would you please?

how can you say this is coolbreeze code when:
    a) themes are always improving on one another
    b) its not only you who can work out what code is required
    c) do you think xskin stole your code to

I don;t have a live demo as they are known to be insecure and I don't want to put my server at risk

I can see why kosmo says it has been copied from his theme. If you copy the same code from thre defualt theme you will get the same error. So it means kosmo copies the themes from the defualt theme.

Sorry Kosmo, Your post was inaccurate because I can open any of the default themes that come with Cpanel or Vertex/XSkin with my HTML editor and it will give the same results.

I wouldn't think every cpanel theme is based on CoolBreeze.

    Regards,
    Chris

    RawServe

    Hello,

I am the co-owner of RawServe. I would like to make the definition between Jon's personal views and personal business, and RawServe's views and business.

These themes are NOTHING to do with RawServe and NONE of the business involves RawServe. No money is going to or coming from RawServe through this offer. This is a personal deal being offered by Jon, not RawServe.

Potential customers should not take this thread in any way other than an abuse contest. I believe that several members here have simply taken this opportunity to jump on Jon's and RawServe's back. Unfortunately this is the case with many people.

It is unfair to judge a person's character from the way they react to baiting. I have known Jon for a very long time and he is very reliable, friendly and intelligent. I will speak to Jon about this issue; however I am certain this is a one off incident.

kosmo: If you would like to make a point then maybe it is better to start a new thread, not destroy someone else's?

royisher: I know you and Jon don't get on well at all. It is not possible for everyone in the world to is it? If talking to Jon annoys you then simply don't talk to him.

JoshuaBrown: Would the fact that you are the CEO of a hosting company have anything to do with bringing up the suitability of RawServe as a host? I know that Jon works with people from VoxThemes and so I am presuming he has permission to sell these. To make accusations such as these is very harmful and should not be made without contacting the relevant parties.

    Thank you,

    Saleem

VoxThemes has just confirmed the sale of these themes is legitimate and correct.

Please do not make unfounded accusations such as this again.

    Thanks,

You are absolutely correct. I apologize.

    Okay,

I deleted my other posts in this thread, hopefully others will follow, as it seems to me you've helped clear up this whole mess, and are doing something about it to make sure it doesnt happen again.

I apologise about yesterday if I unintentionally offended anyone. I was exhausted and got annoyed when Kosmo said what he did. I have spent a lot of time trying to get these themes ready to sell and it is very disheartening when my hard work is attacked as it was.

Accusations are made frequently on forums such as this, and it is damaging to all people involved.

These themes are not being sold by RawServe Limited but by a company called CPANEL DEPOT.
