Are you trying to setup many name servers on 1 dedicated server or on 2 dedicated servers? If you are doing it on different servers you would do a cluster. you can setup that under "Cluster/Remote Access" and "Configure Cluster". It will setup the DNS cluster for you with that option.

Add in named.conf zone for ns1.domain2.com (just copy paste zone from ns1.domain1.com and change strings to ns1.domain2.com) then copy file ns1.domain1.com to ns1.domain2.com.db and change in ns1.domain2.com.db change needed domain strings into right one.

    Restart named.

Check if it is all ok (if ns1.domain2.com resolves same ip like first nameserver) with "ping ns1.domain2.com".
