    Hello,

I have trying to access a sub-directory that I created on my site and I keep getting the following error.

    Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /awstats/ on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I am also trying to get into my /cgi-bin/ folder to see of the awstats link is there. But I get the same error.

I have changed the folder permissions, using CHMOD (Try -R 755, -R 777, 777, and 755). But, I still will not let me in.

Is there something I am over looking.

    Thanks
    Travis

I just had the same problem but it was because the domains has unlimited quota. If that does not work check the bandwdith quota as well.
