404 & 403; No Website!

    Guys hello,

    Im trieing to publish my website and I keep getting a 403 forbidden page. All my permissions for the public_html files are correct, but still no website. The files site are there but the site is not live to the public.

    Please advise on what else I can do, I would much appreciate! :D

    cPanel Access Level:
    Root Administrator
    Here's a quick list to check out:

    - has the Domain name propagated
    - have you tried accessing by IP and/or ~accoutID
    - are you using FrontPage
    - what the permission settings for the public_html dir.
