SOLVED: 404 Errors on All Internal Links

I did "something" in WHM...not sure what.

ALL of my website's internal links no longer work. I just get this error:

The requested URL /......html was not found on this server

    Apache/2.2.15 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.15 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage

I DID do an apache re-build. Also, I have seen a few threads here regrading 500 errors. Man, this sucks!

    Any ideas?

SOLVED: Somehow apache deleted the contents of my .htaccess file. I replaced it and all is fine now.

    Yes,

You will get 404 error when the file you are looking for is not present on server.

In most of the case If file is present on server and you are still getting 404 error, then in this case you will need to check your .htaccess file.
There must me some incorrect redirecct rules configured or missing required redirect rules. :)
