    Hey,

I've never worked with cPanel before and by now I'm really pissed, because nothing seems to work.
I've created a new account, which I can access on http://123.123.123.123/~username

So I've uploaded my whole site and attempted to install mysqldumper. But after opening http://123.123.123.123/~username/mysqldumper it gave me an 404 Not Found Error.

    My Apache log says
I've searched the forum by now and found out that the tweak mod should be part of the problem. So I've checked the box for nobody and my account but that doesn't helped. I'm still seeing the 404 Not Found error.

I can upload an index.html and than it's possible to see http://123.123.123.123/~username/ and it's also possible to see several files like images and stuff. But php files and folders doesn't work.

I can't configure my site, when I'm not seeing it. Where is the problem?

    Thank you very much!

You know the file is there for sure but when you run you get a 404 not found ?

By any chance have you installed mod_security ?

I've uploaded my whole website to my account ;)
It was no problem to open gif or jpg files, but php files or folder in the same account was impossible.

I've just created a new account and everything went fine there. I don't know where the problem is/was, but now I'm terminating my account and create a new one.
