Subject: [Postmaster] Email Delivery Failure

This is a delivery failure notification message indicating that
an email you addressed to email address :
-- [email protected]

could not be delivered. The problem appears to be :
-- Communications error

Additional information follows :
-- Read timed out

This condition occurred after 30 attempt(s) to deliver over
a period of 94 hour(s).

If you sent the email to multiple recipients, you will receive one
of these messages for each one which failed delivery, otherwise
they have been sent.

**********************

after checking sender logs he noticed that mail server stopped in sender IP address of his mx.

so we think to check connectivity with port 25 from sender to mx of recipient.

*************
recipient mx IP is X.X.X.X

#telnet (x.x.x.x) 25

Trying (x.x.x.x)...

Connected to x.x.x.x.

451 Please try again later.

Connection to host lost.

Any advise about this issue?

The output you provided does not appear to come from /var/log/exim_mainlog. Are you unable to obtain that output from the cPanel server? Do you have root access to the cPanel server?

Thank you.

You don't have to check /var/log/exim_mainlog on the sender's server. You can check on the cPanel server when logged in as "root" via SSH.

Thank you.
