452 Too many recipients

    Hi,

    I am using exim version 4.44 and when i try to send email to more then 10 people i get the given below error

    "The rejected e-mail address was 'prahulbaweja@gmail.com'. Subject 'TEst for more addresses', Account: 'mail.domainname.com', Server: 'xx.xx.xx.xx', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '452 Too many recipients', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 452, Error Number: 0x800CCC79"

    Pl. help.

    Go on, have a guess
    Email client errors are pretty much useless, you need to look in (on Linux) /var/log/exim_mainlog while you're sending such an email and look for the real error:

    tail -f /var/log/exim_mainlog

    I have tried that too but it doesn't give any message for that email. :-(

    grep prahulbaweja@gmail.com /var/log/exim_mainlog

    or better yet grep the message id i would have put that there but its not listed in your post
