hello it's me again
I would love to say everything is fine. but we are logging into exim's dark web again.

Now I know that any domain name I want can send email as a smart host.

We understand how it happened here and it's working.
Code:
https://forums.cpanel.net/threads/smart-host-to-selected-domains.689429/#post-2847589
but a new problem arises.

When I send an email as a smart host, the email is queued for 5 minutes and then transmitted to the smtp server without any problems.
I searched on google, read the topics, did some experiments but couldn't find the reason for waiting 5 minutes

This is the error message I get while waiting in the queue.

Code:
LOG: MAIN
  cwd=/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot 6 args: /usr/sbin/exim -C /etc/exim_outgoing.conf -v -M 1lpSl7-0057Az-CX
delivering 1lpSl7-0057Az-CX
LOG: skip_delivery MAIN
Spool file for 1lpSl7-0057Az-CX is locked (another process is handling this message)

Exim main log file

I sent 15 20 emails and reviewed them. Waiting in line for exactly 5 minutes, ie 300 seconds. and then it sends. it's like a rule keeps a 5 minute message.

Gurus of the cpanel world wake up and help me. Please...

Best Regards
The world is dying. Please take a step to be more sensitive.

It is possible that you are being throttled by the smart host (3rd party bulk email provider) so ask them about this.

(3rd party bulk email provider) I'm pretty sure it's not by (3rd party bulk email provider).
It queues without leaving my server.
I have a monitoring panel where I can see it if there was something wrong with them.
the email is forwarded to the smtp provider after 5 minutes. and also i talked to them and they said there is no mistake on their part

a few of my clients send 250+ emails a day. this is the best solution for them. After a while, hotmail or dcc blacklists the ip due to sending too many mails, even if there is no spam. then we write to hotmail, 3 to 7 days later it gets whitelisted. without exception, we go in and out of the spam list every 6 or 8 months. Since smtp services use multiple ip, it sends without any problems. out of necessity...

I just wanted to check without smarthost to see if the issue still exist then because if not then the problem is with the smarthost. Otherwise @cPRex might have some further ideas here.

Hello, tufancap! We may need to review the headers of an affected email to determine what is occurring. We've also published the following article that may offer additional guidance on determining what servers are responsible for a delay:

https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us...esponsible-for-a-delay-or-slow-email-delivery

Per andrew.n's suggestion, I too may recommend temporarily disabling smart host support to send a quick test email from a single domain. Once the email is sent, you can then re-enable smart host support. From there, you could then review the Exim logs of the email sent while smart host support was disabled to see if the issue still occurred. If you would like, you can open a support ticket with the explanation of the issue you provided, as well as the headers of an affected email, so that we can review the issue more thoroughly. If you wish to open a support ticket, you can use the "Submit a ticket" link in my signature below.

I hope that this helps! If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know!

There is a little misunderstanding here.
I am using it as a specific domain smart host.
At the moment, the normal IP address and e-mail traffic are running smoothly and quickly on the server.
I want some of my customers to send e-mails with smart host feature. and I succeeded.
I explained this in detail.
here.
https://forums.cpanel.net/threads/smart-host-to-selected-domains.689429/#post-2847589

Everything works fine, but whichever domain name I add as a smart host, that user's emails wait for 5 minutes and are forwarded to the smart host.

as if holding a rule message. but I can't find what is doing this.
The logs don't say exactly what the blocker is.

(starts her e-mail journey)
(OK normal procedure)2021-06-05 11:38:34 1lpSl7-0057Az-CX H=(srv.killbil.se) [::1]:34158 Warning: "SpamAssassin as cpaneleximscanner detected OUTGOING smtp message as NOT spam (-1.0)"

(and started sending OK normal procedure)2021-06-05 11:43:36 1lpSl7-0057Az-CX TLS session: (SSL_connect): timed out: delivering unencrypted to H=outbound.smarthostcompany.org [xx.29.28.188] (not in hosts_require_tls)

(and e-mail reached smtp server in 5 minutes)2021-06-05 11:43:38 1lpSl7-0057Az-CX Completed

I'm checking from smtp service and the time of arrival is the same as the time from the server.

I think the point of the event is here
cwd=/var/spool/exim/input 5 args: /usr/sbin/exim -C /etc/exim_outgoing.conf

I continue to search, if you have an opinion, please share it with me.
Best regards

tufancap Looking over the Exim log you provided, there doesn't appear to be enough information for us to determine exactly what is occurring. Please be sure to include a link to this thread in the ticket to follow the issue.
