    WHM installed on a server, then created a new test account.

    I accessed the CPanel from another domain on another server,and did FullBackup, informing the data:

    FTP - Transfer of passive mode
    server ip
    User
    password
    port
    directory

    The FullBackup is generated without problems, and is on the original server, but is not sent to the server you just installed WHMalways comes the message below:

    Net::FTP>>> Net::FTP(2.77)
    Net::FTP>>> Exporter(5.58)

    Net::FTP=GLOB(0x607e950)>>> QUIT
    Net::FTP=GLOB(0x607e950)<<< 221 Closing

    I researched a lot in the last two days, reinstalled WHM, restarted the FTP, I created new accounts to test, but it always gives error, and FullBackup is not sent to the new server.

    Hello,

    It shows the FTP login is incorrect.

    ===========
    Net::FTP=GLOB(0x607e950)>>> PASS ....
    Net::FTP=GLOB(0x607e950)<<< 530 Login incorrect
    Net::FTP=GLOB(0x607e950)>>> TYPE I
    Net::FTP=GLOB(0x607e950)<<< 530 Please login with USER and PASS
    ===========

    Please put the correct FTP credentials and post us back here if the issue persists.

    Thank you,
    Nibin.

    That;s right.

    @ OP: Let's revise and explain the error

    Providing password:
    Password is incorrect:
    Despite the password is incorrect it also tries to execute a command:
    Answer for that command is to login again with right credentials:
    Trying again to enter a folder despite the password is wrong:
    Answer again that the password is incorrect:
    Commands still can't understand that the credentials is wrong and moving on its way :D, So it sends ALLO to reserve the amount for transferring files (ALLO=ALLOCATE), So the FTP refused to do that because it's not logged in, As a result the ALLO COMMAND IS NOT UNDERSTOOD
    Conclusion:
    Put the correct FTP credentials as stated from nibin.

    Hope that simple explanation puts you on the picture.

    Thanks,
