If you're redirecting to a .php file that may be the problem.

Probably a mis configuration and or a permissions problem.

Normally all 500 erros are causing by permissions.

    Hmm..

Well if its a permission issue reset CHMOD to 755, its is a script issue - ask cPanel other wise your your brain, you do have one dont you?

I did it! I changed permission of .htaccess 644 to 755 but now error is coming your site is not redirection properly. I discussed my hosting provider he told me that i need dedicated ip to run .htaccess. Is it right?

Er... No. Any user should be able to use a .htaccess file - unless he's set something up to be all crazy like.

You should be more polite with people who try to help you. The least you should do is to check you apache error_log and su_exec log for any errors and post them here.
