500 Internal Server Error (Not .htaccess)

Added a mimetype application/x-httpd-php to css extension in cpanel, that addition isn't
displayed on the list in cPanel and now all of my pages give a Error 500 Internal server error.

How can I fix?

Remove it

if what you made proceed problems for you ... then just remove it

then ask about what you exactly need and why ?
