I have a problem when entering WHM / CPanel, I get an error "500 Internal Server Error", I read in the forum, mentioned that it would be better to create a ticket, but at the time of the support request form, asks me information that I have in my hand, I have no access to WHM.

    Anything I can do?

    Thanks for your time!

    Hello :)

It will be difficult for you to determine the cause of the problem or resolve it without root access to the system. Typically, you should check the cPanel error log for any specific details on the cause of the error code. Otherwise, you may need to consult with your data center or hosting provider (whomever has root access) so they can determine the cause of the problem.

    Thank you.
