Got a new server running WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.2-R83, compiled PHP 4.4.2 and got "500 Internal Server Error". Check logs found "Premature End Of Script Headers". PHP was compiled with PHPSuexec and makes no difference for the scripts to be 755 or 644, the error still persists. Any ideas?

If you search the forums you'll find all you need to know about what needs to be done to get PHP scripts to execute correctly under a phpsuexec environment.

As a reminder, you'll need to check the following:

    1) Script ownership
Scripts and the directories in which they reside must be owned by user:user and not nobody:nobody

    2) Script permissions
Maximum of 0755 on scripts and the directories in which they reside

    3) PHP related settings in .htaccess files
    There must be none

    4) Correct uploading
When transferring via FTP, ASCII and not BINARY mode must be used

For errors relating to a specific event, check /usr/local/apache/logs/suexec_log and check error_log created in the same directory as the executing script.
