503 Valid RCPT command must precede DATA

this is not an outlook issue. it is whm server issue with Open SSL.

"openssl_options = +no_sslv2 +no_sslv3 +no_tlsv1 +no_tlsv1_1".

I dont understand this error as it was all working one day then suddenly it stops.

RECEIVING WORKS BUT SSL SENDING OUTBOUD SECURELY DOES NOT.

Hey there! That particular error is almost always a problem with SMTP authentication not being enabled on the mail client side. We have some more details in this older thread here, but the information would still apply:

Can you check the mail client settings to see if that has indeed changed?

Can you also let me know where you are seeing the OpenSSL settings you posted? Here is the default cipher list from the WHM >> Mailserver Configuration page, which is would I would expect to be applied in this situation:

Code:
ECDHE-ECDSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256:ECDHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256:ECDHE-ECDSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384:ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384:ECDHE-ECDSA-CHACHA20-POLY1305:ECDHE-RSA-CHACHA20-POLY1305:DHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256:DHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384

Thank you for your reply but it has nothing to do with email client. Outlook it is not the reason causing this error. It is cPanel / WHM configuration for some reason.

My hosting provider for my dedicated server and rebuilt it but still mail is not working!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have those same setting in
exim configuratuon manager > under security tweak settings
options for openSSL

Options for OpenSSL [?]
This option is used for configuring SSL and TLS protocols in OpenSSL. +no_sslv2 +no_sslv3 +no_tlsv1 +no_tlsv1_1
no issues on my end sending emails
