I am having issues with sending emails to a customer.
550 5.7.511 Access denied, banned sender

Microsoft end user I am trying to send to and Microsoft says my mail server ip is not banned. I have been mitigated as well and still no go. I can email other folks but have no way of testing any other user using Microsoft filter.

Hello,

What is the exact transaction as listed in the exim logs?
Code:
exigrep MessageID /var/log/exim_mainlog
(just be sure to replace any actual domain names and IP's with examples)

The problem you have with MicroSoft is getting to speak to someone who knows what they are doing.
Even when you do, they are unable to tell you what caused it, all they ever do is fix the issue with no explanation.
I had numerous emails back and forth over a similar issue, each time it's a different rep who replies.
My guess is they have a button they can press to fix your issue, but absolutely no idea what goes on behind the scenes.

Try these links.

You might need to supply the full rejection headers.

Good luck

I have did the delist numerous times and the other form. They are absolutely useless. I found an alternative route through sending the email through Sendgrid. Problem solved by using a third party.
