550 Administrative prohibition

    I have a fresh cPanel install on a new server w/ one domain added. I have setup one email account for said domain and am trying to send an email from it using Squirrelmail. I cannot send or receive emails and am getting the following error in Squirrelmail:

    Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable
    550 Administrative prohibition

    The server has a correct PTR record...any thoughts on this? I searched the forum before posting...didn't find much.

    Issue resolved after cPanel support pointed out we had a stale DNSBL in our Exim config...was causing mail timeouts.
