550 Could not change perms on conf_global.php: Bad file descriptor [ !!! ]

    I used WHM, Rearrange Account Function to move my accounts from /syshome to /home and now.. all the sites that were moved get this when chmod.. request

    SITE chmod 777 filename.php
    550 Could not change perms on filename.php: Bad file descriptor
    ! Chmod failed. It may not be supported on remote site.

    Also I’m unable to upload files now, I get Cannot Open File, its not my computer I I’ve tried uploading from other systems on my network.

    Is there a known bug WHM v3.1.0? With this description?
    This is a big problem as I need to fix it ASAP. I don’t exactly know what’s goinon.. Any help si greatly thanks in advanced
