550 Could not complete sender verify callout

    hi cpanel,

    I'm having a problem receiving email from your mailservers.I changed my email address here and vBulletin will then send an confirmation with a url you need to click

    /var/log/exim_mainlog shows me

    /var/log/exim_rejectlog
    when i untick the "Verify the existence of email senders" checkbox it all works again but i do want to have the option on so now what ?

    I don't think you can do alot about that as vbulletin is sending the message as nobody. The only thing I can suggest is to see if you can set a sender address somewhere, either in the Admin interface or one of the config files.

    One solution would be to create a whitelist for nobody@lightning.cpanel.net. Following these instructions exactly will probably resolve the issue:

    Note that you may need to run /usr/sbin/exim_tidydb on the callout database to remove the existing cached entry for lightning.cpanel.net, if one exists.

    I've tested this on 10.9.0-STABLE_119 + Exim 4.63, and it works like a charm.
