550-Previous (cached) callout verification failure

    Hi,

    I get always this error when i try to sent a mail:

    This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

    A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
    recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

    andy@zenid.net
    SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<andy@zenid.net>:
    host zenid.net [193.189.139.51]: 550-Verification failed for <test@tradehousem.com>
    550-Previous (cached) callout verification failure
    550 Sender verify failed

    Can please anybody help me out?

    Not sure why exactly you get this error.
    Try to disable "Verify the existence of email senders." in the Exim Configuration Editor, made some troubles for me.

    cPanel Access Level:
    DataCenter Provider
    dump your /var/spool/exim/db/callout*

    and restart exim if you want to kill the cache.

    when i try to run this command i get:

    -bash: /var/spool/exim/db/callout: Permission denied

    cPanel Access Level:
    Root Administrator
    I think nick means delete your callout cache db's:

    rm -f /var/spool/exim/db/callout*

    and then restart exim

    /scripts/restartsrv_exim
