550-Previous (cached) callout verification

    Please help me... I have the following error when someone outside my network sends e-mail to my network.

    I'm sorry to inform you that the message below could not be delivered.
    When delivery was attempted, the following error was returned.


    <mwale@yyy.zm>: host mail.yyy.zm[nn.nnn.n.nn] said: 550-Verification
    failed for <xxx@xxx.zm> 550-Previous (cached) callout verification
    failure 550 Sender verify failed (in reply to RCPT TO command)

    cPanel Access Level:
    Root Administrator
    Do you have Sender Verification Callouts set to "On" in WHM > Exim Configuration Manager > Basic Editor > Mail tab? If you do, change to the default "Off" and save that area.
