550-The mail server does not recognize ****@***** as a valid sender

Friends, I have an in-production server at aosystemsgroup.com and a test server that I just setup at aosystemsgroup.us

Having some issues with sending of email and receive the following

host aosystemsgroup.com [X.X.X.X]
SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<[email protected]>:
550-Verification failed for <[email protected]>
550-The mail server does not recognize [email protected] as a valid sender.
550 Sender verify failed

I believe the occurrence here is that that cPanel installation at aosystemsgroup.com is rejecting the email for an improperly configured PTR record??

This error message occurs when the sender's e-mail account does not exist in cPanel, or when the domain's MX entry records are misconfigured in cPanel.

It occurs when I'm sending email. I've also noticed that when using webmail, some of the email sent ends up in the recipients junk/spam folder while other servers reject the email altogether.

Hello there! Just to be sure, is this occurring when sending or receiving mail? I found the following article that covers this issue regarding sent email in more detail that may help:

Thank you for that information. I see that you opened a ticket regarding this, that one of our analysts has replied to. There appears to be an issue with the MX records assigned to the domain in question. Please review the most recent reply to your existing ticket, and reply to the ticket if you have any other questions or concerns.
