I'm moving accounts from one Cpanel server to another Cpanel server.

Accounts copy just fine, but I found some problems with emails. Right now I have this case, an account moved over just fine, but when email to one of the accounts I get this error:

SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<xxxxx@asdfasdf.com>:
    host asdfasdf.com [xx.xx.xx.82]: 550 Unrouteable address

    checked mx records, looks fine.

    ideas?

    Hello :)

Check to ensure the MX records for this domain name are directed to the new cPanel server. If the domain name uses remote name servers, you may have to manually adjust the MX records at it's DNS hosting provider.

    Thank you.
