Why might I receive the error "_modpkg requires a package name that you have permission to access." when trying to edit a package I successfully created a minute earlier? The error occurs when I click the Save button on the edit page.

Oddly, I can create new packages and even delete them immediately after creation, but if I try to edit the one I just created and then save it -- even with no changes to its params -- I get the error above.

Also, if I edit a package that I created years ago, it saves the changes successfully. This only seems to occur with packages I'm creating now.
