A big bug

    Hi

    I Suspend an account on my server , after some day i see that site in up and working good but i my whm panel and in List Suspended Accounts I see the name of that site.

    what's the problem and how this customer unSuspend his account ???

    Is the IP address for his website still being resolved to your server?

    find his user folder

    /home/thisuser

    mv /home/thisuser /home/diesucka


    hit refresh in the browser :) if it's still there this guy hit the road.

    Or just do a whois lookup on his domain and see if he's still using your nameservers.

    I'm not sure if the bug exsists anymore, because It was resolved in cPanel 8, but If the account is suspended and if they reset there password through there webmail, then the account becomes unsuspended.

    This was resolved for sometime is it back again?!?!
